Wing Chun Kung Fu is a simple and effective Martial Art based on economy of motion and minimum movement.

Instructor Theo Cross has over 10 years experience of Wing Chun having trained with Sifu Colin Ward.

Sifu Ward is one of only 13 representatives of Grandmaster Ip Chun and established The Northern Wing Chun Kung Fu Association in Leeds to help spread original and ‘pure’ Wing Chun.

Classes run on Monday evenings from 7pm to 9pm and on Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm.
